Niam Verma makes electronic music with the patience of a sculptor. Each track is built from field recordings — auto rickshaw horns, temple bells, the hiss of a kettle in his Lajpat Nagar studio.
His sound sits somewhere between deep house, downtempo, and ambient. Equal parts Four Tet and A. R. Rahman.
He has played Magnetic Fields, Sunburn, and a dozen warehouses you've never heard of.
