Master Rights
Of the recordings we invest in. We don't touch your back catalog. We don't ask for tracks we didn't help fund.
Fair Term
5–7 years on the recordings we sign. Exact length agreed in writing per artist.
Revenue Split
Negotiated case by case based on investment size. Floor: artist never below 30% of net recording revenue. Most deals land artist-friendly.

How royalties flow
From DSP to your bank. Every 30 days.
Revenue lands
Streaming revenue from DSPs (after distributor fee) flows monthly into the Verrsa Vibe revenue account.
Recoupment
We recoup our recoupable investment from your share first — production costs, marketing spend, recoupable advances.
Your share, monthly
Once recouped, you receive your agreed share monthly via direct bank transfer. We publish a statement every 30 days; you can audit at any time.
How you exit
When the term ends, you decide.
When your term ends, you decide what's next. You can renew on fresh terms. You can leave entirely — the masters of songs we signed stay with us (that's the deal), but you owe us no future work. You take your songwriter credit, publishing rights, and career with you. We don't hold artists hostage.
