Indian Contract Act requires every valid commercial contract to have consideration on both sides. Your song is valued at Rs. 20,000 as your contribution to the project — a formal contractual element that makes the IP-assignment legally binding under Indian law. This is not a payment cap. This is not an artist fee. This is a contract requirement that protects you. Your real earnings come from the 5–10% revenue share that follows for the lifetime of the song on every platform.

Submit your song
Upload your demo through the GTB platform — title, language, genre, audio file, brief description. Submitted under your verified GTB profile.
A&R review
Our team listens carefully. We assess quality, production potential, and fit with the upcoming release pipeline. 4 to 6 weeks.
Decision
Selected, or not — either way you hear back. If not selected, your song is returned. No obligations on either side. You are free to submit elsewhere.
Agreement review
If selected, you receive the digital legal agreement in your regional language and English. Read both copies. Ask questions. Take your time.
Sign and IP transfer
Both parties sign digitally. Master recording and publishing rights transfer to Verrsa Vibe. You receive the Rs. 20,000 token consideration.
Pipeline assignment
Your song is assigned to the next available production project in the 30-day cycle.
Production and release
Full 4K music video production. Release on the Verrsa Vibe YouTube channel (2.06M subscribers). TuneCore distribution to 150+ platforms — automatic.
Profile updated
